Functional Range Assessment
During the consultation we will book you for your Functional Range Assessment (FRA). An FRA is a measurement based assessment system that provides objective measures of your movement capacity for each joint. Then our trainer utilizes that data to direct them in creating a specialized program just for you.
Personal Training
Now that we have completed the consultation and assessment it's time to begin your customized training, using the data collected throughout our process.

In Home Personal Training
If you would rather train in you own home we have options for that. We will begin by doing the consultation in your home so we can assess what equipment you have and how we can use it to help you reach your goals.
