Classes at Foxxy Fitness are designed to help you build strength, move better, and stay consistent with fitness in a supportive small-group environment.
Most workouts combine three key elements:
Conditioning
Improve endurance and cardiovascular fitness through smart, scalable conditioning work.
Most classes emphasize strength and conditioning, while one weekly class focuses specifically on mobility through Kinstretch.
Because classes are capped at 10 people, every member receives coaching, guidance, and exercise modifications when needed.

Strength Training Classes
Most classes at Foxxy Fitness focus on building strength while improving overall fitness.
Workouts include:

These classes help members build muscle, increase endurance, and feel stronger in everyday life.
Classes capped at 10 people ensure every member receives coaching and support.

Kinstretch (Mobility Training)
One class each week focuses specifically on joint health and mobility through Kinstretch.
Kinstretch is a movement system designed to improve:
• flexibility
• joint strength
• body control
• injury resilience
This class is especially helpful for people who feel stiff, tight, or limited in their movement.
Current Kinstretch class:
Tuesday — 4:20pm
