Meet Coach Kendra
Hi, I’m Kendra, owner of Foxxy Fitness.
With a background in Exercise Movement Science and certifications in TRX, Functional Range Systems, and corrective exercise, I help people build strength, improve mobility, and feel confident in their bodies.
Foxxy Fitness was created to provide a supportive environment where people of all fitness levels can train, grow, and feel successful.
