MONDAY

ZUMBA @ NIXA CENTER

Combines high-energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. Add some spice and flare to your workout and shake your cha-cha! This Latin-based group exercise class is fun and easy to do.

5:40-6:25pm

TRX @ NIXA CENTER

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, which is a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.Reserve your spot in class beginning 48 hours in advance and make sure to arrive at least 5 minutes early

TUESDAY

10:20-10:50am

LIT @ NIXA CENTER

This 30 minute circuit style class is great for strengthening the entire body, but without the impact. All fitness levels are welcome in this class!

11:00-11:45am

SILVER SNEAKERS @ NIXA CENTER

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

SILVER SNEAKERS @ NIXA CENTER

Tabata/Tone @ SWET HOT YOGA AND FITNESS STUDIO

Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, each class will blast calories and provide results in a short amount of time. This class begins with a short warm-up followed by a series of four-minute exercise sequences. Each sequence is broken into eight 20/10 intervals (20 seconds of intense work followed by 10 seconds of rest). Many exercises will use body weight. Equipment may be used as well. Class will end with a short cool down and stretch.
